The Women's Cell started in the year 2023-24. The sole aim of women’s cell is intellectual and social upliftment and empowerment of all female students at IHRD College. It provides a platform for students to share their experiences and views regarding their identity and status in the society. The cell organizers lectures, interactive sessions, competitions, awareness programmes on relevant topics. The women's cell envisages it's commitment to facilitate women achieve economic, intellectual, emotional growth and gender justice.
